Participating in user interviews

We will organize different user interview campaigns to seek for our best users feedback, to improve the protocol. These sessions will be, of course, rewarded.

Each useful interview with a qualified user will be rewarded with 1000 points.

Reporting issues in the protocol

If you notice any issue on the protocol, like a typo, a display issue, or something that does not work, report it via a ticket in our discord and you will be rewarded.

To report an issue, simply open a ticket on our discord with the relevant information. A picture is really helpful. Depending on the issue you report, you will get a certain amount of points :

  • Minor issue (cosmetics, typo, display issue...) = up to 50 points

  • Intermediary issue (minor bug in the workflow) = up to 500 points

Note that Critical issues and some Intermediary issues reports might depend more on a bug bounty program than on this point program. They will trigger a different treatment and different rewards.
