# Roadmap

## Global goals 🎯

Lobster's roadmap is focused on the continuous development of its strategies and the expansion of its platform. 

In the short term, Lobster is focused on consolidating the existing strategies and setting the basis for our future tokenomics/ecosystem.

In the medium term, Lobster will be launching new strategies on all major blockchains, partnering with the most trusted DeFi protocols to enhance possibilities while further simplifying the investment experience.

Long term, Lobster's vision is to become a key player in DeFi, developing cutting-edge technology solutions and driving mass adoption of decentralized finance. Lobster also seeks to strengthen interactions and mutual support within its global community of users to contribute to the positive evolution of DeFi.

## Roadmap 🗺️

1️⃣ **S1 2023**

* Research and development of our strategies' mathematical models
* **Backtesting of strategies** over time, particularly during the bear market
* **Proof of concept** and MVP of our web application

**2️⃣ S2 2023**

* Development of the algorithms to automate the strategies, following the backtested mathematical models
* Development of **web application v1,** along with all the basic architecture necessary for the product workflow
* **Compliance setup** with our lawyers, adapting to the ongoing regulatory framework

**3️⃣ Q1 2024**

* **Development of our community**
* **Launch of our first automated strategies**
* **Public beta launch** of Lobster, on the Arbitrum blockchain

**4️⃣ Q2 2024**

* Launch of our point system to prepare our upcoming token arrival
* Preparation of a new strategy (soon announced 😏)
* Partnerships with top DApps for co-strategies, and VASP players for distribution

**5️⃣ Q3 2024**

* Development of **algorithmic models** **v2**, including artificial intelligence
* Development of our own **smart contract infrastructure**, allowing us to consider new horizons in terms of strategies, partnerships and blockchain.
* Development of strategic **institutional partnerships**

**6️⃣ Q4 2024**

* Launch on **Ethereum** and other major chains
* Audience widening via ease of onboarding (Mobile app, built-in fiat-crypto...) 
* **Co-building of tailor-made strategies** with asset-managers

**7️⃣ Q1 2025**

* **Have incorporated our token** in the global protocol workflow
* **Widen our offer of strategies and partnerships** to become a key player in the decentralized finance ecosystem, to stimulate the democratization of **automated management strategies**
* Launch of **large-scale projects** via our community

**8️⃣ Q2 & Q3 2025**

* **Research and development** to continue innovating through our strategies and our will to make defi accessible to everyone
* Opening our **architecture as a service** to other decentralized applications, to allow them to carry out strategies for their users.
